FAQ
What is the AI 3D Scene Builder?
MathTalking's AI 3D Scene Builder is a text to 3D generator. Describe any scene — a castle, a campfire, a room with furniture — and AI builds it in seconds from shapes, lights, particles, and compound presets. No coding or 3D skills needed. Say build, see it built. Works via chat or MCP for AI agents and developers.
How does text to 3D work?
Type what you want in the chat. AI figures out the right shapes, sizes, positions, and colors — then places them in the 3D viewport. Rotate with your mouse, zoom with scroll, pan with right-drag. Every creation gets a permanent shareable URL.
What can students build?
Students can learn geometry by building cubes, cylinders, cones, and prisms — then see how they relate in 3D space. Plot 3D surfaces like z = x² + y² and explore from every angle. Practice spatial reasoning by positioning, rotating, and composing shapes.
What can creators build?
Creators can prototype furniture layouts, architectural mockups, and stage designs. Build for fun — snowmen, robots, rockets, castles, abstract art. Share instantly with a permanent URL, no account needed. Export as OBJ, STL, or GLTF for 3D printing or further editing.
What 3D shapes are available?
11 geometric primitives: cube, box, sphere, cylinder, cone, tetrahedron, octahedron, dodecahedron, icosahedron, torus, and prism. Each supports custom size, color, opacity, position, and rotation. You can also plot mathematical surfaces z = f(x,y).
Do I need to install anything?
No download needed. Works in your browser on desktop and mobile. Built on WebGL with Three.js for smooth, real-time 3D rendering. Just open the page and start building.
