By using MathTalking ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MathTalking is an interactive math education platform that provides a graphing calculator, AI-powered tutoring, and structured lessons. The Service is provided by Lyncius.
You may use the Service without an account (anonymous access) or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
AI interactions are subject to daily limits based on your membership tier. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Attempting to circumvent limits (multiple accounts, automated requests, etc.) may result in account suspension.
AI explanations are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors. The Service is an educational aid, not a substitute for professional instruction. You are responsible for verifying important calculations independently.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
The Service, including its design, code, lessons, and content, is owned by Lyncius. You retain ownership of any content you input (equations, messages). You grant us a limited license to process your input for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Lyncius is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email for signed-in users.
